    4 Paws Pantry Guidelines

    You must provide documentation that you live in Hamilton County: drivers license, EPB, phone bill, cable, gas, etc. A homeless person is the exception- they must have verification by the local shelter as receiving mail or information.

    You must be 18 or older to apply for assistance.

    You must have a valid form of ID

    Proof of need: You must provide proof of need-welfare checks, food stamps, pay stub, unemployment papers or if you have recently lost a job – some verifying documentation

    You MUST bring proof of spay or neuter-NO EXCEPTIONS. If your pets are not spayed or neutered, we can provide you with information to get this done.

    Food will be distributed once a month on our scheduled dates – we donate for up to 4 pets and is based on what is available at the time. You will receive one (1) bag of food per animal per month. The size of the bag of food will be determine by the size of your pet.

    We offer temporary assistance for feeding pets. We are not to be used as a permanent source of pet food.

    No one in the household is to resell food or item’s provided by 4 PAWS PANTRY.

    All pets must be companion animals, well cared for, not chained or left outside.

    We accept all kinds of pet food. By accepting food and/or services from 4 Paws Pantry, the recipients agree NOT to hold 4 Paws Pantry, it’s staff and volunteers legally liable in the unfortunate event any sickness occurs.

    We consider special requests for certain types of dog or cat food, but are only able to give what we have at the time the request is made.

    When one receives assistance from 4Paws Pantry, they are made aware of the potential risks involved with feeding their pet(s) new food.

    We reserve the right to deny or dismiss anyone under any circumstances from the program.

    We reserve the right to implement additional guidelines as deemed necessary.

    DOGS:

    Small: 8-10lbs food

    Medium: 14-20lbs food

    Large 20lbs food

    CATS:

    8-10lbs food
